Business and Management Cluster

The Business and Management (B&M) Cluster of the Ateneo de Davao University’s School of Business and Governance brings together seven programs that prepare students for leadership across the private and public sectors: Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship major in Agribusiness, Public Management, Human Resource Development and Management, and Finance.

This cluster develops students’ planning, organizing, and leadership skills for corporate and entrepreneurial ventures, while Marketing hones expertise in product development, distribution, and sales. Entrepreneurship cultivates the knowledge, attitude, and skills needed to pursue innovative, socially responsible business ventures, with its Agribusiness major applying this same spirit to farming, production, and agricultural commodities.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM)

See the whole business, then lead it. The BSBM program exposes you to the entire business environment, preparing you to manage existing enterprises, launch new ones, and take on leadership roles in corporate organizations.

Where it leads: Management trainee, operations and HR roles, brand and general management, entrepreneurship, consulting, and the academe.

Bachelor of Science in Marketing (BSM)

Turn insight into influence. The Bachelor of Science in Marketing program explores the concepts and strategies of marketing in today’s dynamic business environment, from digital trends and social media engagement to customer relationships, through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and hands-on learning experiences in and out of the classroom.

A signature experience: The Global Educational Tour brings students to several Asian countries to study business cultures firsthand.

Where it leads: Brand management, digital marketing, market research, advertising, public relations, content and social media, business development, and creative careers in design, photography, and writing.

    Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSE)

    Build enterprises that matter. The BSE program equips you to identify business opportunities and tackle real-world challenges in agribusiness, manufacturing, technopreneurship, and tourism, guided by industry mentors in innovative product development and business implementation.

    What sets it apart: An emphasis on eco-friendly practices and sustainable business models that pursue both profitability and environmental preservation, forming enterprises that are socially responsible, legally compliant, and in service of the people of Mindanao.

      Bachelor of Public Management (BPM)

      Praxis in motion: always in action for a better nation.

      Serve where it counts. The BPM program is a comprehensive journey that equips future public servants with the knowledge, values, and skills to excel in government and society, with real exposure to the conditions, challenges, and processes of the public sector.

      Where it leads: Foreign service, local and national government, policy analysis, program management, and international relations, with advanced paths toward law school, executive policy-making, NGO leadership, urban planning, and diplomatic posts.

      BS Human Resource Development and Management (BSHRM)

      Put people at the center of success. The BSHRM program builds deep proficiency in the HR functions that make organizations thrive: recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and developmaent, employee relations, and legal compliance.

      Where it leads: HR consultancy, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, and employee relations.

      BS Entrepreneurship, Major in Agribusiness (BSE-AGRI)

      Grow the future of Mindanao. This specialized track prepares you to identify opportunities and address challenges in the agricultural sector, with emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility, and a strong focus on farming practices that sustain both profit and planet.

        Bachelor of Science in Finance (BSF)

        Make every decision count. The BSF program provides a strong foundation in financial theory, principles, and concepts, equipping you with the analytical tools for sound financial decision-making, investment portfolio management, and banking.

        Where it leads: Finance departments of corporations, investment firms, consulting firms, banks, and other financial institutions.
