Offices and Services
The Registrar’s Office handles the official academic records of AdDU students, from checking document requirements to processing requests for the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and Honorable Dismissal. Students may also use this page to submit requests for other official documents or to give feedback through the Service Evaluation form. Use the button on the right to view the office’s available services.
The Finance Office manages tuition and fee payments for AdDU students, offering both online options (via credit/debit card or partner banks like BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, and UnionBank, as well as GCash) and over-the-counter payments at accredited banks and payment centers. Refer to this page for step-by-step payment guides, official bank and biller details, and contact information for billing concerns, official receipts, and outstanding balances.
The OSA issues Good Moral Certificates for currently enrolled and former undergraduate students, which also serve as the main supporting document for securing certificates from the College Wellness and Testing Center (CWTC) and your respective department for students pursuing Licensure Examinations from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
The OSA is likewise responsible for the creation and release of student RFIDs.
