The Accountancy (ACC) Cluster of the Ateneo de Davao University’s School of Business and Governance is home to the Accountancy and Management Accounting Programs, forming the university’s hub for future Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and finance leaders. Its flagship Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) program equips students with a strong foundation in general accounting and Public Accounting, and, in accordance with the Philippine Accountancy Act of 2004, prepares graduates for the CPA Licensure Examinations.
Complementing this, the Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting (BSMA) program aims to provide students with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills regarding accounting standards and techniques geared toward corporate practice. It invests in forming analytical and critical corporate accountants who are proficient in accounting, finance, taxation, and business law; who pursue careers in financial controllership, treasury, and business leadership; and who bring sharp judgment and sound decision-making to the organizations they serve.
