About Us

The School of Business and Governance (SBG) does more than produce professionals for the market; it forms leaders the market can trust. The School of Business and Governance has taught business the Ateneo way since 2000, forming students in a single, unbroken formation from first-year fundamentals to doctoral research.

Across its undergraduate departments and graduate programs, students are shaped by experienced faculty, strong industry ties, and the Ignatian call to competence, conscience, and compassion: leaders trained to create wealth, distribute it equitably, and govern with integrity. It is business education in the Ignatian tradition, where excellence and ethics were never meant to be separate subjects.

The School of Business and Governance of Ateneo de Davao University, through Ignatian formation, excellent instruction, robust research and relevant community engagement commits to:
