Fortiores 2030

Stronger, Together, by 2030.

Fortiores means “stronger.” Fortiores 2030 is the University’s strategic plan for 2025 to 2030: seven commitments that translate vision into the daily work of every school, office, and partnership.

The Name

Fortiores takes its name from the University motto, Fortes in Fide. To be fortiores is to grow even stronger in the faith, excellence, and service that define the Ateneo.

The University reports milestones under Fortiores 2030 through its official channels, and every unit’s plans, from academic clusters to administrative offices, are aligned to it. Alumni, parents, partners, and donors are engaged as co-builders of the plan’s goals.
