ADDU Produces 39 New Civil Engineers in Sept 2026 CELE

Ateneo de Davao University’s School of Engineering and Architecture, through its Civil Engineering Department, posted an 82.98% passing rate in the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE) held in September 2026, according to official results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). The figure is significantly higher than the 37.14% national passing rate for the same exam. The university produced 39 new Registered Civil Engineers in this batch.

About the CELE

The PRC Board of Civil Engineering administered the exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur on 26-27 September 2026.

Results were released on 2 October 2026, with the results of eight examinees withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under PRC rules. The PRC has yet to announce the date and venue for the mass oath-taking of the new Registered Civil Engineers from this batch.

The results come under the leadership of Dr. Renyl B. Barroca, ME, Dean of the School of Engineering and Architecture; Engr. Lynith C. Datukon, MEng, Chairperson of the Civil Engineering Department; and the faculty, staff, and students who supported the review and examination period.
