Payment Guidelines for Tuition and Other Fee

Students and parents have two easy options for paying their ADDU enrollment and tuition fees. One is through online bills payment, and the other is through banks and payment centers.

Paying the tuition and fees doesn’t have to be a hassle. You can do it wherever you are, whenever you need to, with any device. It’s easy as ABC. Pay online on your phone, your tablet, or your computer.

Online Debit and Credit Card Payment

Step 1: Go to https://payment.addu.edu.ph/payment

Step 2 A: To see your Account Balance, click the “Check Balance” button at the top of the page.

            B: A pop up window will appear. Log In using your AdDU email address.

            C: Fill in your personal information based on your Student ID or SIS, then Click “Check Balance” in the pop up window to view.

Step 3: On the Online Payment Form, Select the School Unit and Type of Transaction.

Step 4: Fill in the rest of the Payment Form with your Debit or Credit Card details, email, billing address, and the amount due.

Step 5: Click Pay Balance. Review your details before confirming.

Step 6: You will be redirected to the Checkout page. Fill in the remaining Credit / Debit Card details.

Step 7: For security, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your cell phone number. Input the OTP to confirm the check out and complete the payment.

 

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Log on to the bank’s website or just click the bank’s mobile app on your phone.

BDO Online Bills Payment – Mobile App

Enroll Your BDO Account
  • Click the BDO app on your phone.
  • Log in using your “User ID” and “Password.”
  • Click “More” and select “Enrolment Services.”
  • Fill out the “Enroll Company/Biller” details.
    Company/Biller: Ateneo de Davao University
    Subscriber Number: [Student ID Number]
    Subscriber Name: [Student’s Last Name First Name, Middle Name]
    Preferred Name: [Your nickname]
  • To confirm, click “Continue.” (To edit, click “Cancel.”)
  • Your Reference Number will appear on the Acknowledgement Page.
  • No need to wait, you may proceed immediately to Payment.
Pay
  • Click the “Pay Bills” icon.
  • Under “Pay Bills using Deposit Account”
  • Select “Pay Bills” and key in the “Bills Payment” details.
  • To confirm the details, click “Continue.” (To edit your transaction details, click “Cancel.”)
  • Your Reference Number will appear on the Acknowledgement Page. (Take note of it for future reference.) 
  • BDO will send you a confirmation email if the payment is successful.

BDO Online Bills Payment through the BDO Website

Enroll Your BDO Account
  • Go to www.bdo.com.ph.
  • Click “Online Banking Login,” then click “BDO Online Banking.”
  • Enter your “User ID” and “Password.”
  • Click the “Add Company Biller” icon, and select “Enrolment Services.”
  • Fill out the “Enroll Company/Biller” details.
    Company/Biller: Ateneo de Davao University
    Subscriber Number: [Student ID Number]
    Subscriber Name: [Student’s Last Name First Name, Middle Name]
    Preferred Name: [Your nickname]
  • Select “Online Banking.”
  • Your Reference Number will appear on the Acknowledgement Page. You may pay immediately after this.
Pay
  • Click the “Pay Bills” icon.
  • Fill out the “Enroll Company/Biller” details.
    Company/Biller: Ateneo de Davao University
    Subscriber Number: [Student ID Number]
    Subscriber Name: [Student’s Last Name First Name, Middle Name]
    Preferred Name: [Your nickname]
  • Check if the details you entered are correct. To confirm, choose “Continue.” (To edit your transaction details, click “Cancel.”)
  • Your Reference Number will appear on the Acknowledgement Page. Keep this for future reference. Print this page by clicking “Printable Version.”
  • BDO will send you a confirmation email if the payment is successful.

BPI (through the BPI website)

Enroll Your BPI Account
  • Go to https://bpi.com.ph.
  • Click Login. Enter your “Username” and “Password.”
  • Go to “Other Services.” 
  • Click “Recipients” and then click “Manage Recipients.”
  • Click “Add New Recipient” on the upper right.
  • Choose “Biller” from the drop-down menu.
  • Under Biller Name, key in “Ateneo de Davao University”
  • Under the Reference Number, key in six numbers and then the Last Name of the student (15 to 30 characters), with no space in between. Special characters allowed are slash, dash, comma, and period only.
  • Follow the online instructions to confirm your Biller Enrollment

BPI (through the BPI website and BPI Mobile App)

Instructions
  • Click “Payment/Load,” and then click “Pay Bills.”
  • Choose the BPI account you wish to use (if you have more than one BPI account).
  • Enter the amount you wish to pay.
  • Click “Pay.” Choose “Ateneo de Davao University” as the biller
  • Follow the online instructions to confirm your Bills Payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email if the payment is successful.

GCASH (Mobile App)

Instructions
  • Click the “Pay Bills” icon.
  • Click “Schools.” Click “Ateneo de Davao University.” 
  • Fill out details.
    Amount: [Amount that you are paying]
    Last Name: [Student’s last name]
    First Name: [Student’s first name]
    Middle Name: [Student’s middle name]
    Student ID #:  [0 (zero) and six digits of the student ID]
    For Entrance Exam Payment: Use 0007680 as the reference ID/Code.
  • Click “Next.” To confirm the details, click “Confirm.”
  • To edit the details, click the left arrow on the upper left of the screen or the back button of your device.
  • Your Reference Number will appear on the Acknowledgement Page. Keep this for future reference. GCash will send an email confirming your payment.

LandBank ePayment Service

Instructions
  • Enroll your account in LandBank iAccess or BancNet Online.
  • Go to www.epaymentportal.landbank.com
  • Select “Ateneo de Davao University.” 
  • Choose “Tuition Fee” as Transaction Type.
  • Fill out Transaction Details.
  • Review.
  • Select LandBank ATM, BancNet, or GCash as payment methods. 
  • View or Print Payment Confirmation.

Metrobank

Instructions
  • Log on to www.metrobank.com.ph. Click the Login button for “Metrobankdirect Personal.”
  • Enter your Metrobank “User ID” and “Password.”
  • Click “Login.”
  • Go to “eBanking Solutions” and click “Pay Bills.”
  • Under Special Biller, select “School” and then select “Ateneo de Davao University.”
  • Fill out the details.
    Subscriber/Account Number: [Student ID Number]
    Phone number: [Your phone number]
  • Choose the Metrobank account you plan to use.
  • Amount: [The amount you are paying].
  • Select “Immediate Payment,” and then click “Continue.”
  • Check your payment details on the next screen. Click “Confirm.”
  • Metrobank will send you an email to confirm that the payment is successful.

RCBC

Instructions
  • Log on to www.rcbconlinebanking.com/web/lg/Login/Index
  • Click “Login.”
  • Log in using your “User ID” and “Password.”
  • Wait for your One-Time Password (OTP) in your email, Viber, or SMS.
  • Input the OTP. Click “Submit.”
  • Click “Pay Bills.”
  • Click “Select Biller.” (Select source account if you have more than one RCBC account.)
  • Click “List of Billers,” then “Schools/Universities.”
  • Search and choose “Ateneo de Davao University.” 
  • Enter the Student ID number and Student Name.
  • Specify the Unit: Grade School, HS (for both JHS and SHS), or College.
  • Enter the Amount.
  • Enter Remarks, if any.
  • Click “Submit.”
  • On the “Bills Payment Confirmation Page,”
  • Click “Proceed to Payment.”
  • A Confirmation of your transaction will appear on the Acknowledgement Page.

UnionBank (through UnionBank’s website)

Instructions
  • Log on to www.unionbankph.com.
  • Select “Pay Bills.”
  • Click “Select Biller.”
  • Search and choose “Ateneo de Davao University.” 
  • Key in Student ID number and Student Name. Click “Next.”
  • Indicate the amount and the date. Click “Next.”
  • Review your details.
  • Click “Pay.”
  • A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to you for confirmation.
  • Input the OTP and then click “Submit.”

Accredited Bank or Payment Center

You can also opt to go to an accredited bank or a payment center.

For banks and other payment centers with over the counter payments, simply accomplish the “BILLS PAYMENT FORM.” 

Use the “Student ID number” (You may include all the numbers up to 13 digits or the last 6 digits of the barcode except for the last character) as the Reference number and “Ateneo de Davao University” as the biller/merchant. Please also provide the complete “Student’s Name” for verification purpose. 

Kindly check their respective advisories in accepting over the counter payments before paying.

IMPORTANT

Students who pay the required amount (full downpayment) are automatically tagged ENROLLED within the next banking day. Your Status under “My Registration” in your Student Information System (SIS) should read “ENROLLED” once your payment has been verified. Check at:

  • sis.addu.edu.ph – College/ Higher Education
  • Grade School, Junior High School, Senior High School

You may claim your Official Receipt at the Finance Office after the community quarantine period.

All our Finance Associates are available from 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday through Friday and from 8 AM to 12 PM only on Saturday. Offices are closed on Sundays and holidays.   

Students with an outstanding balance from the previous school year will need to pay the total balance before they can proceed to Pre-Registration/Enrollment for the next Semester/Summer. Check your SIS to register within 1-3 banking days after payment is posted. Payment scheme for the old accounts can be arranged by the student through the Finance Office.
