Human Resource Development & Management

The course Human Resource Development and Management (B.S. HRDM) focuses on managing the most significant asset of the organization – the people who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. It is a multidisciplinary major that involves knowledge from business, psychology, economics and finance. The course also focuses on HRM functional areas such as Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management System, Compensation and Benefits, and Labor Relations.
