Enrollment Process for First Years
First Year applicants and Transferees are directed to follow the enrollment procedures detailed below.
Enrollment for AY 2025-2026
- 21 – 26 April 2025: ADDU SHS Batch 2025 Block Enrollment
- 28 April 2025 – 12 July 2025: General Enrollment
- 3/F, Ricci Hall, CCFC Building, Ateneo de Davao University, Roxas Ave.
- MON-FRI 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | SAT 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
- 5 – 31 May 2025: Grant-in-Aid and Jubilee Scholarship Fund Application
- 5 – 17 May 2025: Working Scholarship Application
STEP 1
- Fill in the online form at http://enrollment.addu.edu.ph to register for the Qualifying Exam for Ateneo College (QEAC).
- For applicants who have not yet registered, please proceed to the ENCODING AREA at the 3/F, Ricci Hall, CCFC Building, Ateneo de Davao University, Roxas Ave. Ensure that you use the email address you registered with in the QEAC.
STEP 2
- Bring the following documents to the ADMISSIONS AREA for validation of completeness and acceptance of your application documents. Kindly provide ONE photocopy of each document:
- New Students
Original Grade 12 Report Card
Original Certificate of Good Moral
PSA Birth Certificate
Laboratory Test Results (CBC & Urinalysis: 1 month valid; Chest Xray: 6 months valid)
- Transferees
Original Honorable Dismissal
Original Certificate of Good Moral
Original Transcript of Records (for evaluation)
PSA Birth Certificate
Laboratory Test Results (CBC & Urinalysis: 1 month valid; Chest Xray: 6 months valid)
- Foreign Applicants
Original SF 9/Honorable Dismissal/Authenticated Latest Transcript of Records
Certificate of Good Moral/Recommendation
Authenticated Birth Certificate/Family Registration
Laboratory Test Results (CBC & Urinalysis: 1 month valid; Chest Xray: 6 months valid)
Valid Study Visa and passport (Bio-page and the latest arrival stamped)
Authenticated Financial Support (at least equivalent to $3,500.00)
10 pcs. 2×2 colored ID photos with white background
STEP 3
- Proceed to the assigned interviewer of your program. Kindly bring your QEAC Result and a copy of your report card.
- Note: For Applicants from the Ateneo de Davao University Senior High School please proceed to Step 4.
STEP 4
- Please proceed to the Office of Student Affairs Satellite Area to have your photo taken and provide your signature for your official Ateneo ID.
STEP 5
- Proceed to the University Clinic Satellite Area. Have the following laboratory test results ready: CBC, Urinalysis, and Chest X-ray. Ensure that these results are still valid. If not, you will need to redo your lab tests before your physical examination can be conducted.
STEP 6
- Pay your tuition and fees, including the additional fees for new students (as indicated below). Payments can be made online or on campus at the Finance Office, located on the Ground Floor of the Bellarmine Building (near the Jacinto gate). Please keep the official receipt.
STEP 7
- Check your email for your ADDU username and password. Then, log in to www.sis.addu.edu.ph using your ADDU account to see your registration.
STEP 8
- Proceed to the Office of Student Affairs, located at the Mezzanine Floor of Martin Hall.
