Last Wednesday, on September 17, a recognition for the Siklab rocket and homecoming for the AdDU Rocketry Team was held at the F213 Multipurpose Room. This celebration honored the hardworking team behind the Siklab rocket and recognized their historical impact as the only Philippine team to participate in the 30,000 ft. division of the 2025 Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC).
This event not only highlighted the experience of the Siklab rocketry team, but also celebrated the recent win of the Pompano rocketry team at 2025 Malaysia Rocket Cansat Competition (MRC). This smaller team was able to utilize the experience they had from Siklab and take the top spot during their debut flight.
