We are pleased to announce the initial launch of the MyAdDU Mobile Application, a new digital platform designed to provide easier, faster, and more secure access to university services.
In this initial rollout, the app will be available to tertiary-level students only and will offer the following features:
- Student Registration Dashboard – View student profile, enrollment status, and grades
- Financial Information Access – Check outstanding tuition and other school fees, as well as payment history
- Quick Access to Student Services – Direct links and information from the following offices:
• Office of Student Affairs (OSA)
• Registrar’s Office
• Wellness and Testing Center
• University Libraries
• Admissions and Aid Office
The MyAdDU app is now ready for download on Android, iOS, and Huawei devices. Simply search for “MyAdDU” on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery.
This is part of the University’s broader digital transformation initiative aimed at improving access to services and enhancing the overall student experience. Feedback from this initial launch will help guide future updates and feature expansions.
As we bring student services closer to our students’ fingertips, Ateneo de Davao University underscores its commitment to safeguarding personal data in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
The MyAdDU Mobile App collects and processes personal information solely for legitimate academic and administrative purposes. These include student identity information, academic records, contact details, and account credentials required for secure access.
To ensure data protection, the University has implemented strict security protocols, including encrypted data transmission and restricted access controls, safeguarding all personal information from unauthorized use or disclosure. The University also reminds all app users to protect their account credentials by changing their default passwords and to promptly report any suspicious activities.
Personal data gathered by the MyAdDU Mobile App will not be shared with third parties without the user’s consent, except when required by law or in line with the University’s legitimate academic and institutional functions. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary and securely disposed of thereafter.
The University’s Data Protection Office remains open for any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding data privacy and the use of the MyAdDU Mobile Application.
