READ | AdDU won 1st Place in the 2022 CHED-Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS) Innovative Awards (Regional Level)

The Ateneo de Davao University is awarded 1st place in the 2022 CHED-Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS) Innovative Awards at the regional level. The award is conferred upon Ateneo de Davao University in recognition of its strong implementation of anti-illegal drugs programs that also showcase best practices and strategies that support the cause.

The award was given on April 25, 2022, at the CHED Regional Office XI, Loyola Street, Obrero, Davao City.

AdDU Center Against Illegal Drugs (CAID) is currently helping the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) and City Information Technology Center (CITC) in crafting a Case Management Protocol for the Sustainable Addiction Recovery Application (SARA) project. The project aims to establish a computer-based data management system designed to monitor the implementation of CADAC’s TARA NA-CBRAP program.

On April 21, 2022, the CAID Board of Directors had a face-to-face meeting at the CAID Office to discuss the plans for the next school year and finalize the proposed budget.
