Policies and Procedures:

Please take time to read the following University policies and procedures covering online payments. See also link at the end of this for more detailed information.

(1) There is no need for the student, parent or their sponsors to open a bank account with the collecting bank to avail of this facility.

(2) The payment or deposit to the account of Ateneo de Davao University for credit to the account of the student must indicate the (a) complete name of the Student and (b) Student I.D. Number.

(3) Acceptable payment shall only be in form of cash. The bank may require a fee for the transfer of fund.

(4) The validated Bills Payment Slip or Deposit Slip will constitute your proof of payment.

(5) The University will issue an Official Receipt for such payment or deposit upon receipt of Abstract of Collection from the collecting agent/ bank.

(6) Crediting to the account of student will be done only upon receipt of the Abstract of Collection from the collecting agent/ bank and/or the following working day (at 5:00 PM) after the date of payment or deposit with the collecting agent/ bank.

(7) Payment for registration or enrolment shall be subject to the guidelines on encoding of course subjects or the seventy-two (72) hour rule. Posting or crediting of payment for registration or enrollment made through the collecting agents/ banks should be within the seventy-two (72) hour period from the time of actual encoding of course subjects. Payments made to a deleted or canceled RESERVED registration upon crediting to the account of the student will not be posted to such account. If this happens, possible remedies are the following: (a) Refund will be made to the student/ parent, a request for refund can be obtained at the Finance Office or (b) Re-encoding of subject courses by the student, through the Division or Department.

(8) Payments made with amount below the required down-payment or below the required installment shall not be construed as approval of registration/ enrolment or clearance for examination purposes or clearance with the University.
